Well, I think I've finally exhausted "the trip", in more than one sense of the word.
I'm glad to get myself back to the moment. It wasn't the best thing for my practice to be putting my thoughts and frame of mind back to what they were four years ago. It was difficult to come back out of and I don't recommend it! haha
Once the new baby is born, I'd better be back in the moment, and progressing!
