One of the strangest traveling experiences I've had was at a hill tribe in Northern Thailand. I was walking through the village when I came to a small waterfall at the end. I was enjoying watching the three young children climbing along the rocks, playing. When they spotted me standing below them, one started shouting, "10 baht, I show you everything!" over and over.
I thought she wanted to be my tour guide, and show me everything in the village, but then she grabbed her friend and started pointing at her crotch and nipples saying, "10 baht, I show you everything!"
