a quick notice: Korea's energy supplies being drained

I just saw in the news that the current freak cold spell in Korea is pushing the power supply to the limit and there are chances of blackouts.

I'm not sure that it will become a reality, but if it does, I don't know if it will be a matter of hours or days, so if you suddenly don't hear from friends/family in Korea, don't be too concerned, it's not because of North Korea!

  1. I'd heard that the demand the power grid was experiencing has been higher than even the hottest days of summer (electric heaters vs air conditioners) but I never thought about the possiblity of an outage. At least in the summer you could go outside, but that wouldn't help much this time of year!

  2. Thanks! My mom sent Fina a snow suit fit for Canadian winter, so she'll be good! haha
