Singing Granny
The cherry blossoms finally arrived in Seoul on Friday, and the stream by our house is lined with cherry trees.
On our way down to admire them with Fina, we met a group of grandmothers sitting together on a bench, the one on the end belting out old Korea folk songs.

ReplyDeleteNappy Brown would have loved this grandmother--she sure can belt it out! I also note the stoic expression on her friend's face, who obviously didn't know she was in the picture. ...Ot is it bliss?
